OnePhysio-3D is a physiotherapy practice based in Welkom in Free State province. It provides physiotherapy services to two private hospitals namely Welkom Mediclinic and RH Matjhabeng Private Hospitals.
We also have a branch in Gauteng Province which is located in Pretoria, Montana that operates strictly on appointment bookings only.

The practice is built up of highly trained, friendly physiotherapists and receptionists. They are a team that bases their patient care on evidence-based practice and good ethics. They provide in-hospital physiotherapy treatment ranging from chest physiotherapy, rehabilitation after surgery, neurological rehabilitation and paediatric condition. Their consulting rooms are found at RH Matjhabeng Private Hospital and Sefako Makgatho Dr, Zambezi Office Park, Block A 1st Floor next to MedValue Pharmacy, where they offer follow-up treatment to hospital-discharged patients and consultations of new patients.
The practice focuses on several conditions ranging from back and neck pain, joint pains, stroke and other neurological conditions, lung problems, pain and injuries resulting from (Motor vehicle accidents)/car accidence or any other injuries.
The practice believes in a multi-disciplinary team/(teamwork) whereby it works closely with X-ray departments, neurosurgeons, orthopaedic surgeons, occupational therapists, physicians, speech therapists, podiatrists, and psychologists to name a few.
Physiotherapists are first line practitioners and you do not need a referral for consultation unless specified otherwise by other medical practitioners.
We are affiliated with Medical Aids, Rand Mutual Assurance (RMA), Road Accident Fund (RAF) and Workman’s Compensation Act (WCA). We also allow cash consultations.

MANAGING DIRECTOR: PROFILE
Ikalafeng Matthews Selomo is a highly experienced physiotherapist who established a practice called OnePhysio-3D Rehabilitation, Sports and Wellness Clinic. He has a BSc (Physiotherapy) Honors degree and an MSc: Physiotherapy specializing in sports medicine, which he acquired from the University of Limpopo also known as Sefako Makgatho University.
Selomo began his work experience in 2010 as a community service physiotherapist at Letaba Regional Hospital, where he eventually became a permanent employee until November 2013. Additionally, he had his own private practice at Bophelong Medical Centre from 2012 until 2013, and then worked as a Chief Physiotherapist at Pholosong Regional Hospital from January 2014 to September 2019. From October 2019 to September 2022, he was appointed as a Facility Manager at Premier Health for the rehabilitation project for Harmony Gold Mine in Welkom (Free State).
Selomo’s main area of expertise is the management of acute in-hospital patients and rehabilitation to help them return to work or sports. Throughout his career, he has worked with various specialists, including Orthopedic Surgeons, Physicians, and Neurosurgeons, to provide physiotherapy services to their patients. He also has extensive experience in sports injuries and has worked for the Limpopo Sports Academy as a part-time practitioner in Limpopo and Gauteng provinces.
Selomo is registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa.
